Our home is unique in that it can be split to accommodate 2 separate guests. The door entering the Den has a deadbolt lock off separating the two spaces. The King Suite has it's own side entry porch and adjoining walls have had acoustical insulation installed. All doors are solid for privacy. Parking area and patio space will have to be shared.
